No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is operated by Ride Giveaways through the website RideGiveaways.com.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Are legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ride Giveaways are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

A. Entry Through Purchase

Participants may receive entries by purchasing digital products or promotional items from RideGiveaways.com.

Each purchase will generate the number of entries specified on the giveaway page.

Purchases are for digital products only. Entries are provided as a promotional bonus and are not considered payment for participation in a lottery.

B. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Participants may enter without purchase by sending a handwritten request to:

The request must include:

  • Full name

  • Mailing address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Name of the giveaway

And a handwritten statement saying:

“I wish to enter the Ride Giveaways giveaway without making a purchase.”

Limit: One free entry per person per giveaway. Entries must be received between the start date of the promotion and no later than two (2) weeks prior to the giveaway closing date. All entries have equal chances of winning.

4. Sweepstakes Period

Each giveaway will display its start and end date on the giveaway page.

The promotion ends when:

  • The deadline is reached, or

  • The maximum number of entries has been distributed

Ride Giveaways reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the promotion if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly using an electronic drawing system or certified random selection method.

The drawing may be conducted live or recorded.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via:

  • Email

  • Phone

  • Public announcement on RideGiveaways.com

If the winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize

The winner will receive the prize described on the giveaway page.

Examples may include:

  • Vehicles

  • Motorcycles

  • Bicycles

  • Other promotional prizes

Prizes are awarded AS IS, without warranties, except where prohibited by law.

8. Prize Pickup

Prize pickup will take place in Puerto Rico or the State of Florida.

Ride Giveaways is responsible for:

  • Travel expenses

  • Transportation

  • Shipping arrangements

Delivery is available only in Florida and Puerto Rico. The winner is responsible for all expenses incurred after delivery.

Ride Giveaways will assist with title transfer documentation.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Ride Giveaways may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC if required by law.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Ride Giveaways may use their:

  • Name

  • Image

  • Voice

  • Testimonial

for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Liability

Ride Giveaways is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures

  • Any damages or injuries resulting from participation or use of the prize

12. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States, the State of Florida, and Puerto Rico.
